The restaurant business is one of the most competitive and mature industries, as there exist relatively few concepts that are truly specialized
and different from the rest. It seems like a paradox that a cuisine as delicious and with such tradition as that exhibited here in Catalonia had not found a company to drive its development to greater scale.

Tasting Zone – Restaurant:
The client can taste before purchasing and try the dishes on the menu, which, in turn, eases and strengthens the global consumption and invites the client to return to the establishment. The best ingredients, the best recipes and the best atmosphere are hereby converting our kitchen into the new reference point in quality Catalan gastronomy.
